Kent Golding is the premium English aroma hops first developed in the 1790s from the old Canterbury Whitebine variety. It has light, fluffy cones, small in size, with low amounts of pale yellow lupulin. The aroma is pleasantly floral with spice notes. Cones will shatter if picked too late. Alpha acid 4-5.5%.
