Dont let the stinging hairs scare you away from this truly incredible herb! Extremely versatile as it has both medicinal and culinary applications. Even the ancient Egyptians recognized it as being an effective remedy for joint pain and lumbago and now used for allergic rhinitis, eczema as well as arthritis.
