What plant is good to use for mint tea?

There are many varieties of mint. Of probably hundreds of varieties in use today, Richters has about 30 of the most outstanding ones. All can be used for tea, but the very varieties are: spearmint, improved spearmint, scotch spearmint, and peppermint.
