What spices and seasonings can I use for my steak preparation?
My favourite thing to eat with steak is tarragon butter. It tastes like Bernaise Sauce (which also has tarragon in it) but is less work. Place a dollop on top of grilled steak just before serving.
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1 tbsp each: finely chopped tarragon and parsley,
1 tsp each: lemon juice and Dijon mustard,
1 clove garlic, minced
