I have heard that peppermint tea helps settle nausea. What product can be used for making tea?

Peppermint, Mentha piperita, is one of the most effective plants for use in nausea, indigestion and intestinal problems. Since the oil in the fresh flowering tops is the effective ingredient, you would be best to grow this variety specifically.

The tea made from the leaves is effective. Peppermint tea can be made by infusing a sprig of fresh peppermint, for each cup of boiling water, in a teapot for 10 minutes. Mint tea is pleasant to take anytime whether for stomach problems or just for enjoyment.
