I have low pressure. A few times when I was having it read, it was so low that the nurse asked me if I was still alive. I was wondering if there was some type of herb or vitamin I could take to bring it up; also I am always cold, does that have anything to do with my blood pressure?

Persistent low blood pressure can have many causes, and should be investigated by a health practitioner. The low pressure of blood circulating in the vessels throughout the body can cause a feeling of being cold. Herbs that can stimulate circulation are Rosemary, Cayenne peppers, Ginger, and Ginseng.
