Do you recommend pycnogenol to use just as a antitoxin? It seems to be in new "in" herb here at my place of work. People are using it to help anything from cancer to sinus to tinnitus etc. What do you think?

It is said that pycnogenol, found in grape seeds and pine bark, increases levels of vitamin C in the body’s cells and strengthens capillaries. I will reserve judgment for now, but I do eat my grape seeds!
