Recently I have read some information on apple cider and its benefits to assist in weight loss. I was wondering what other information is available regarding this product and if it truly does have weight loss benefits?

Most vinegars leach minerals from the body, so are harmful in many health conditions. Natural apple cider vinegar contains minerals, so can be used safely for a short period of time. In losing weight, apple cider vinegar can be used for one or two weeks to help eliminate toxins while you are changing your diet and lifestyle to one that will help you lose weight. The dosage is one teaspoon in one half cup of water, taken three times daily. I suggest that you purchase a good, organic apple cider vinegar from a health food store.
