Can fenugreek cause increased bleeding if you use it after having a baby? Sometimes it is recommended by lactation consultants to increase milk production in nursing moms.

Fenugreek is contraindicated in pregnancy, but not in lactation. It is best to use a combination of herbs in teas to support lactation.
