I’m 43 and I have High blood pressure, 170 over 105. I work out 4 times a week, with weights and I run 3 to 5 miles 3 to 4 times a week. I was recommended Bulgarian puncture vine to help me, but I was reading that Tribulus terrestris had bad side effect on the heart and the blood vessels.

I don’t want to take medication. I prefer natural sources.

I would not recommend Tribulus terrestris in high blood pressure. There are many safe and effective herbs and nutritional factors that you can look into. I recommend that you consult with an experiences herbalist or naturopath for an assessment that will help determine the best herbal and lifestyle choices for you.
