Can Queen Anne’s Lace help a woman’s menstraul cycle start in moderate doses. If so what form should be taken the liquid, pill, or dry. Which one is more potent?

I can not ethically recommend herbs to bring on the menstrual period unless I have proof that my patient is not pregnant. Queen Anne’s Lace or Wild Carrot (Daucus carota) is an old remedy for preventing pregnancy.
