I have had acne since being a young child. There has not been anything that has helped. I’ve tried many things but I’ve been afraid to use medicines internally. Even though water is suppose to be the best, I can’t seem to bring myself to drink it as recommended. I fear this could be my problem.

Acne is related to what is going on inside the body. I advise you to visit a well-trained, experienced herbalist or other natural practitioner. With experienced guidance, you may find that in your case, eliminating certain foods from your diet is helpful. Because you have had this problem since you were a young child, your digestion, absorption and food intolerances should be explored.
