What is a safe yet effective amount to take for saw palmetto for breast enlargement?
Saw palmetto has been used traditionally for breast enhancement, but there is no indication that it actually works.
The dosage recommended in the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia is 0.5 - 1.0 gram of the dried saw palmetto fruits or 0.6 - 1.5 ml of the liquid extract, three times a day. The medicinal uses of saw palmetto are for urinary tract inflammation, benign prostate gland enlargement and rebuilding strength after an illness.
