I am a diabetic and am taking meds for this, but I heard that there is a herb that you can rub on you feet when you have problems with them tingling and going numb. Can you help?

A cream containing capsaicin from capsicum (chilli pepper) improves circulation and relieves nerve pain and numbness in peripheral neuropathies. The cream is available at health food stores. Use sparingly to avoid redness and stinging until your skin becomes accustomed to this hot herb.
