In order to increase the level of male hormone "testosterone" in the body naturally and not wanting to rely on medicine or chemicals, what herbs or extract do you recommend please.

Some herbs that help to increase testosterone production, quality and/or availability are ginseng, flower pollen, saw palmetto, damiana, basil and winter savory. However, it is important to address the underlying cause for the decrease of this hormone. The entire endocrine system often needs to be addressed. In today’s society, stress and poor diet or poor eating habits are key factors that affect the endocrine system. As such, both diet and lifestyle need to be addressed as well. For example, essential fatty acids are extremely important such as flax seed oil and fish oils.
