I have been diagnosed with a specfic kidney disease and did a lot of research about comfrey. It is supposed to heal my condition... which comfrey is sthe best one to use? There are so many types?

Comfrey’s use internally is no longer recommended due to possible liver damage in certain individuals. The herb of choice for kidney damage and kidney disease is nettle seed. This can be taken as a tincture or eaten dried or fresh. Diet is also important where possible inflammatory proteins such as gluten from in wheat and dairy proteins can aggravate already sensitive kidneys and therefore need to be eliminated from the diet.
